💡 Higher level = more XP per apple+10 × speed points per apple eaten. At speed 3, each apple gives 30 pts. Speed 5 gives 50 pts!

Every 5 apples increases your speed. Speed is your score multiplier — going fast pays off!
At game over, earn +1 point per snake segment as a length bonus. Keep growing!
Travelling along the edges of the grid is the safest path — it gives your snake the most room to manoeuvre as it grows.
The golden apple is worth 5× a normal apple. Always redirect to it — but only if you can do so safely!
When the snake is very long, trace a spiral pattern inward so you never accidentally cut off your own tail.
Before turning, always check: where will my tail be in 3 moves? Avoid boxing yourself into a corner.
No — hitting a wall ends the game. This is the classic Nokia-style rule that makes every turn feel meaningful.
The snake has 8 speed levels. It increases every 5 apples. At max speed the game is a serious challenge!
A golden apple appears randomly and stays on the board for 5 seconds. It gives 5× the points of a regular apple but disappears quickly!
